Formation of Self Help Groups and capacitation of the women groups in financial management and Leadership Quality Development, Campaigning against Gender abuse and Domestic Violence is another very important activity organized to educate the women on Women Rights and Domestic Violence, safety and security aspects about women, Trainings in Vocational Courses and Income Generation Activities like Tailoring, Dress Making, Fashion Designing, Computer Trainings, Vermicomposting are imparted for women and young girls in the project area.
